System provides an advanced visualization solutions for 3D applications, system renders out multiple angle of view according to the model and the displacement data of human body provided by the actual assembly validation interactive system, in order to coordinate the view of operator’s HMD and the monitor’s screen.
System makes it possible to show virtual prototype data from the desktop (3D CAD and simulation) into the multi-channel stereo environment. It can be used in project design, planning or verification, etc., it supports common CAD application such as CATIA, NX, and CAE application such as FLUENT, ANSYS, MSC, etc. System supports 3D applications, no need for programming and data transfer, and it is not subject to any resolution, channel number, size, shape and performance restrictions. User can operate directly on the desktop, and watch the real time results on the big screen or in the CAVE system. System is installed in the computer cluster including control node and render node, each render node corresponding to a CAVE screen or a HMD. The software obtains the original validation data, and distributes it to the render nodes; each node is responsible for rendering the distributed pictures. Immersive application system can make desktop application extends to the virtual reality environment, no need for data grouping and transformation, and directly display the 3D data in a VR system.
